- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
If you know someone in crisis: Call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or text HELLO to 741741. Both services are free and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Provided crisis counseling, as well as information and referrals 24-hr/7day a week. The Macomb County Crisis Center is the suicide prevention center for Macomb County. TRU provides mental health services in-person in Southfield, MI and statewide through telehealth. TRU prioritizes referrals for persons who have survived trauma including but not limited to abuse or neglect. Clinicians specialize in trauma-responsive modalities and have certifications as Certified Clinical Trauma Practitioners.
